3. Pricing All prices are listed in Egyptian Pounds (EGP) and are subject to change without notice. Prices do not include applicable taxes or shipping fees unless stated.

4. Orders & Payment By placing an order, you confirm that all information provided is accurate. We accept online payment and cash on delivery (COD). SOX reserves the right to cancel any order suspected of fraud or misuse.

5. Cash on Delivery COD orders require payment in full upon delivery. Repeated refusal of COD deliveries may result in restriction of the COD payment option for your account.

6. Shipping & Delivery Delivery timeframes are estimates and not guaranteed. SOX is not liable for delays caused by couriers, customs, or circumstances beyond our control.

7. Returns Returns are subject to our Return Policy. Items must meet eligibility requirements to qualify for a refund or exchange.

8. Intellectual Property All content on this site — including logos, images, and copy — is the property of SOX and may not be reproduced without written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability SOX is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or site.
